2. What these terms cover

Every order in this webshop. By ordering, you accept them. We are the seller and you are a consumer, unless you order on behalf of a business.

3. Prices

All prices are in euros, including VAT. Shipping is free. Obvious printing or typing errors do not bind us.

4. Order and contract

The contract is concluded as soon as we confirm your order by email. We may refuse an order, for example in case of an obvious error or suspected abuse. You then get your money back.

5. Payment

You pay with the methods shown at checkout. We only ship once we have received payment.

6. Delivery

See our shipping page. We deliver within 30 days at the latest, unless a later date is stated with the product, as with a pre-order. If we fail to do so, you may terminate the purchase and get your money back.

7. Right of withdrawal

See our page on the right of withdrawal. In short: 14 days, except for the personalised membership card with your own number.

8. Guarantee

A legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years. Wear from normal use is not covered. A sticker that has faded after two years of sun is not a defect.

9. Points and discount codes

Points from the TruckerVerse web app entitle you to a discount code according to the scale we publish. A code is personal, can be used once, cannot be exchanged for cash and never applies to shipping costs. We may change the scale for future rounds, but never retroactively for a code you already have.

10. Liability

We are liable for damage caused by our fault, within the limits set by law. Except in case of intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for consequential damage or for misuse of an item. This never limits our liability for personal injury or your rights under the legal guarantee.

11. Complaints

Send them to hello@truckerverse.app. We reply within 3 working days. If we cannot resolve it together, you can turn free of charge to the Belgian Consumer Mediation Service (Consumentenombudsdienst), Koning Albert II-laan 8 bus 1, 1000 Brussels. If you live in another EU member state, the European Consumer Centre Belgium or the European Consumer Centre in your own country can help you free of charge. You can also always go to the competent court. We take part in mediation by the Consumer Mediation Service.

12. Applicable law

Belgian law applies to these terms and to your order. If you are a consumer living in another EU member state, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live (Article 6 of the Rome I Regulation). As a consumer, you can bring proceedings against us in Belgium or in the country where you live; we can only bring proceedings against you in the country where you live. If you order as a business, the courts of the district of our registered office have jurisdiction.
