Right of withdrawal and returns

You have 14 days to change your mind

You may return your order within 14 days without giving any reason. This applies in every country we deliver to. The period runs from the day on which you, or someone you designated, took physical possession of the parcel. Not from the day you ordered. If your order comes in several shipments, the period runs from the day you received the last one.

Exception: the membership card with your own number

The membership card carries your personal Founding or Early Driver number. We make it specially for you, so the right of withdrawal does not apply to it. This is also stated on the product itself, before you order. You can return all other items as normal.

Did the card arrive damaged, or does it show a wrong number through our mistake? Then of course we will put it right. The right of withdrawal is separate from your legal guarantee.

How to return

1. Let us know within 14 days. An email to hello@truckerverse.app is enough, or use the model form below.
2. Send the items back within 14 days of telling us, to XS AI BV, Fabriekstraat 38, 2547 Lint, Belgium.
3. You get your money back within 14 days, using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the items back or until you have supplied proof that you sent them.

The cost of returning the items is yours, also if you return them from another country. You do get the original delivery cost back, at the rate of our standard shipping.

You may inspect the items as you would in a shop. If you handle them more than necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, we may deduct the diminished value. A sticker that has already been on your window has lost its value that way. You get nothing back for it.

Your legal guarantee still applies

Separately from the right of withdrawal, you have a legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years. If an item is not as it should be, you are entitled to repair or replacement, and if that is not possible, to a price reduction or termination of the sale. This costs you nothing.
