Who we share with

Only with parties needed to deliver: our webshop software, the payment provider, the carrier, and the printers that make your order. They may use your data only to carry out that task. If any of them is based outside the EU, the transfer relies on an adequacy decision or on the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission. We never sell data.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Email hello@truckerverse.app and we will handle it within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit), Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels, or with the supervisory authority of the EU country where you live or work.

If you live in Belgium or the Netherlands and have bought something, we may email you about similar items. This is the soft opt-in the rules there allow. If you live in another country, we only email you if you explicitly choose to receive our emails. Every email has an unsubscribe link at the bottom that stops it straight away. For all other marketing email we always ask for your explicit consent.
