Shipping and delivery

Where we ship

To all member states of the European Union. We do not deliver to areas outside the EU VAT area, such as the Canary Islands and the French overseas departments.

For now, a few small items (stickers, keyrings, the photo magnet, the member card, the set and the dog tag) cannot be shipped to Bulgaria, Estonia, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg and Malta. The light box also cannot go to Croatia, Romania, Slovenia and Czechia yet. At checkout you will see straight away whether your order can be delivered to your address.

What it costs

Nothing. Shipping is always free. Within the EU you pay no customs duties or import charges.

How long it takes

Everything is made for you the moment you order and shipped straight to you. In Belgium and the Netherlands you will have it within 3 to 8 working days. In other EU countries it can take up to two weeks.

For a pre-order, the expected delivery date is shown with the item itself. If that date moves, we will let you know before it has passed, and you choose: wait or get your money back.

If you order clothing and small items together, your order may arrive in two parcels. They are made in different places.

Tracking

You get an email as soon as your parcel leaves, with a tracking link if the carrier provides one. If your order has not arrived ten working days after that email, let us know and we will look into it.

If something goes wrong

The risk stays with us until the parcel is with you. If something is lost or damaged on the way, we sort it out. Let us know at hello@truckerverse.app and we will handle it.
